Program Details

This teacher-training workshop is designed for high-school drama and music teachers who want to provide detailed information to their students who are interested in music theatre performance. Teachers will have the opportunity to see how music theatre material and dramatic audition material is taught to students and how each student can best prepare for an audition - whether it be for a specific production or for the university they hope to attend. Teachers will observe classes and will meet with class instructors who will discuss teaching techniques and answer questions. Teachers will also attend seminars where they will have he opportunity to teach - and be taught - Music theatre performance and audition skills.

Students check-in by 5:30pm on the first day of camp.
Travel may be into either Albuquerque International Sunport(ABQ) or Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF) Flights should arrive into Albuquerque International Sunport(ABQ) or Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF) on the First Day of camp before 2:30pm.
Flights should depart from Albuquerque International Sunport(ABQ) or Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF) on the last day of camp (Monday Aug 6) after 10am.
Transportation is available to and from Albuquerque International Sunport(ABQ) or Santa Fe Municipal Airport (SAF) for $30 EACH WAY.
At least two flights a day arrive into the Santa Fe airport from both Dallas and LA directly, on American airlines only.
