This two-week Broadway Conservatory will be taught by working Broadway professionals who have been in the Broadway or National companies of shows such as: West Side Story, The Producer, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Big River, Meet Me In St. Louis, Cats, Pippin, Anything Goes, Shrek, and Ghost.
Guest speakers from Broadway will join the students for "working" question and answer sessions during the week. Additionally, students will have access to one-on-one sessions with Broadway artists discussing audition repertoire, career advice and the basic steps to surviving in New York City as a newly arriving artist. Special workshops geared towards helping students audition for colleges and universities will be conducted throughout the week. Included in the cost of tuition is the attendance of a Broadway show each week. The program will culminate in a final presentation for family and friends showcasing each student's work, both as an individual and ensemble member.
Video audition required.
