Unique in its approach, the Musical Theatre camp offered by the Department is complementary to the Acting for the Contemporary Stage program. Daily workshops focus on becoming a singing actor who possesses a solid singing and acting technique for work, not only on the musical stage, but also in non-musical theatre. Rounding out the intensive week is the sequence in dance and movement that embraces all forms of movement and dance techniques necessary for a successful career in theatre. The camp will end with an informal showing of the students' work.
