This week long intensive is designed for the urban dance enthusiast. Students will participate in classes in traditional Hip Hop, Breaking - including B-Boying, B-Girling, and Popping - video-style Hip Hop/Jazz, and Freestyling. Specialty classes are geared towards preparing dancers to break into the industry, from audition techniques to tips on making your resume and headshot stand out from the rest. A special feature of the week will be a master class taught by a guest choreographer, a question-and-answer session where students can grill industry professionals about the ins and outs of the business, and a live performance showcasing all of the routines learned in each class.

Students check-in between 2 and 3:30pm on the first day of camp.
Flights should arrive into Reagan or Dulles on the first day of camp prior to 2pm.
Flights should depart from Reagan or Dulles on the last day of camp after 7pm.
Airport transportation is available to and from Reagan or Dulles for $30 each way.

Ronnie Reddick, Program Director Ronnie Reddick is one of the most dynamic multi-talented performer/choreographers in the urban dance world today. This San Francisco-based choreographer/dancer made his mark by combining Jazz & Hip-Hop to create one of the most explosive and dynamic styles to hit the dance scene recently. Ronnie has worked with Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Paula Abdul, Liza Minelli, Mariah Carey, Santana and M.C. Hammer, as well as with many corporations including Gap, Macy's, Coca Cola, Bill Graham Presents, and National Semiconductor.
Experience an exciting summer in Washington, D.C. with US Performing Arts, as we celebrate our fifth year in the nation's capital. Located in the District's historic neighborhood of Foggy Bottom, students will reside on the campus of George Washington University. With its ideal northwest locale, George Washington University is within easy visiting of all the historic sites in our nation's capital and steps away from the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. These are fantastic programs to coincide with a family vacation to Washington, D.C.
